April is National Poetry Month, a celebration of poetry "through readings, festivals, book displays, workshops, and other events." The Lit Lounge will produce plenty of poetry podcasts (alliterative or otherwise) this month. Visit this site for info on poetry happenings around Michigan.

ReplyDeleteI talked to Tory a few days ago and he said he'd be excited to have you come in to videotape Metamorphoses. Will Tuesday April 14th work? It's one of our last rehearsals before Regionals, so everyone will (most likely) be in their costumes and it should be fun.
You might even be able to videotape one or both of our poetry girls, seeing as April is Poetry Month. One piece is 'On Poetry' and it's a mesh of 5 or 6 poems by various authors and the other selection is 'The Phases of Demeter' which is 6 or 7 poems by Rita Dove.
