Failure is not an option - in GRPS
Don't want to fail a class? Enroll in the Grand Rapids Public Schools, where no child is left behind with an E or F. But they might see an H this trimester.
I think holding the grade will increase slacking off to be honest. But it's worth a shot as long as the makeup work they have to do to un-H the grade isn't easier than the original assignment maybe they had a hard time understanding it type deal. But still, as Fruedline would say, if it doesn't change the behavior, it isn't working...
